[REVIEW] Aritaum Mono Eyes

Hello~~~!

It's been such a week! Did you watch the World Cup? I was rooting for Germany and they won! :D That moment when Joachim Loew smiled was like a Christmas present (◕‿◕✿). Anyway, I'm gonna take a break from 3CE make up review. I still have some 3CE that I wanna share my opinion with you all but I bought this product when I went to Seoul 10 days ago and I fell in love with them!

It's Aritaum's Mono Eyes!

I have been wanted to buy these pretty eye shadows since long ago but I always felt that 5000 won for one color eye shadow was too much. When I went to Seoul, Aritaum was having an event for this product: buy 1 get 1 free! (I almost always buy my makeup when they're on sale :P)


In total, Aritaum has 90 colors for this product. I wonder how many more will I have since I really want to buy them again and again.

Okay, the packaging actually is quite nice. However, the transparent plastic can fall off easily like it's not glued and the contents will be exposed. （；￣д￣） It might make a mess when I bring all of them in my bag.

Aritaum offers an empty palette that you can purchase separately for 8000 KRW. Each palette can contain 6 mono eyes including an applicator. So you can have your own special palette with your favorite color! How cool is that! I didn't buy it though ((´д｀))

They simply looks stunning! I have always wanted a matte eye shadow and now I finally have three. Korean make up usually only provides glittery eye shadows. That's why up until now I don't have matte eye shadows.

Compared to other Korean eye shadows, they're really pigmented. To make the color look stronger and last longer on my eyelid, I used NYX eye primer. Good eye shadow brush would also make the color looked good! (I used faceshop's brush before I used my samantha chapman's brush and it looked terrible) They are also quite big for an eye shadow. I wonder how long it will take for me to use all of them...

In conclusion (Score 5/5):

+ Well pigmented!

+ Pretty long lasting

+ Beautiful color to choose. There are 90 variants.

- The packaging looks beautiful but the transparent plastic can fall off easily.

Would I buy it again? YES!

ughhh my bangs... should I just cut it or let it grow longer? D:
